Are all items authentic?
Yes. Every collectible is guaranteed authentic. Many include a Certificate of Authenticity (COA) or grading by trusted institutions (NGC/PCGS).
Are your products limited?
Yes. Most items are limited editions or unique collectibles. Once sold out, they are not restocked.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal and all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover).
What currency do you use?
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Can I pay by bank transfer?
Yes. Bank transfers may be arranged for high-value private sales upon request.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
- Domestic (U.S.): 2–5 business days
- International: 5–14 business days (depending on customs clearance)
Is shipping insured?
Yes. All shipments are fully insured, trackable, and may require a signature upon delivery.
Do I have to pay customs or import fees?
Yes. All duties, taxes, and local fees are the responsibility of the Buyer.

Can I return an item?
All sales are final, except in cases where:
The item arrives damaged
The wrong item is shipped
Authenticity is proven false
How do I start a return?
Email support@artsonsco.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the item.
Who pays return shipping?
Unless the error was on our part, the Buyer is responsible for registered & insured return shipping costs.

Is my information safe?
Yes. We use secure, encrypted payment gateways and never store full credit card details.
Do you share my data?
No. We never sell personal data. Information is only shared with couriers, payment processors, or authorities when required by law.
