Return & Refund Policy
At Artsons & Co., we take pride in offering rare finds, fine craftsmanship, and limited-edition collectibles of exceptional quality. Because of the unique and valuable nature of our products, we maintain a strict but transparent return and refund policy designed to protect both our clients and our brand integrity.
1. Definitions
For the purpose of this Policy:
- “Company” means Artsons & Co.
- “Buyer” or “Client” means the individual or entity purchasing Products from Artsons & Co.
- “Products” means all collectibles, limited-edition items, coins, medals, jewelry, or goods offered for sale by Artsons & Co.
- “Final Sale” means items explicitly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
- “COA” means Certificate of Authenticity issued with the item.
- “Slabbed/Graded Item” means a product certified by a recognized grading service (e.g., NGC, PCGS).
- “RA Code” means Return Authorization Code issued by the Company when approving a return request.
- “Sealed Packaging” means manufacturer or Artsons & Co. tamper-evident packaging, capsules, or numbered seals.
2. General Principles
1 All sales are considered final, except as specifically provided in this Policy.
2 Returns are accepted only in limited circumstances:
- The item arrives damaged in transit.
- The wrong item was shipped.
- The item is proven to be counterfeit or materially misrepresented.
2.3 Returns are not accepted for buyer’s remorse, preference changes, or differences in subjective grading opinions.
3. Return Eligibility
1 To qualify for a return:
- The Buyer must notify Artsons & Co. within 48 hours of delivery.
- The item must remain unused, in original condition, with all certificates, seals, cases, and packaging intact.
- Sealed/numbered limited editions cannot be returned once opened or tampered with.
- Graded/slabbed items (e.g., NGC, PCGS) are non-returnable if the slab is opened, cracked, or tampered with.
4. Return Procedure
1 Buyers must request a Return Authorization (RA) Code by emailing support@artsonsco.com with:
- Order number
- Delivery date
- Photos of the item and packaging
- Reason for return
2 Once approved, the Buyer must return the item within 3 business days of RA issuance.
3 Returns must be shipped via registered/trackable mail or approved courier service with full insurance.
4 Unauthorized returns or those without an RA Code will be refused and returned to sender at the Buyer’s expense.
5. Return Shipping
1 The Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, including insurance, customs, and duties, unless the return is due to an error by Artsons & Co.
2 The Buyer assumes risk of loss or damage during return transit until confirmed receipt by Artsons & Co.
6. Inspection & Approval
1 Upon receipt, all returned items undergo a quality, condition, and authenticity inspection.
2 Returns will be rejected if:
- Original seals, packaging, or certificates are missing or tampered.
- Evidence of wear, handling, or damage caused by the Buyer exists.
7. Refunds
1 If approved, refunds are issued as follows:
- Refunds are limited to the purchase price received by Artsons & Co.
- Refunds are made to the original payment method only.
- Refunds exclude original shipping, customs, taxes, and bank fees, unless the return is due to Artsons & Co.’s error.
7.2 Refund processing may take 7–14 business days depending on the financial institution.
8. Non-Returnable Items
The following are strictly non-returnable:
- Custom commissions and personalized products
- Pre-orders once production has started
- Limited-edition numbered or sealed items once opened
- Graded/slabbed collectibles if the protective case is opened or tampered
- Items sold under “Final Sale” or “As Is” conditions
9. Damaged or Lost Packages
1 If an order arrives damaged, Buyers must notify Artsons & Co. within 48 hours of delivery, providing photos of the packaging and item.
2 If an order is lost in transit, Artsons & Co. will cooperate with the courier and insurer to resolve the claim. Refunds or replacements are only possible after confirmation from the insurer.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Policy, and any disputes arising from or related to it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America. The courts of the United States shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes, claims, or proceedings relating to this Policy.
11. Amendments
Artsons & Co. reserves the right to update or amend this Policy at any time. Updates will be published on our official website with a revised effective date.
