At Artsons & Co., we understand the importance of secure, reliable, and timely delivery when dealing with rare and valuable collectibles. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we process, ship, and handle deliveries.
1. Order Processing
1.1 Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
1.2 Pre-orders or custom commissions may require additional processing time; estimated timelines will be displayed on the product page.
1.3 Orders are processed on business days only (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
2. Shipping Methods
2.1 We ship exclusively via reputable, trackable courier services (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS, or equivalent).
2.2 All shipments include a tracking number, provided once the order is dispatched.
2.3 For security, shipments may require a signature upon delivery.
3. Delivery Times
3.1 Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):
Domestic (U.S.): 2–5 business days
International: 5–14 business days (depending on destination and customs clearance)
3.2 Delivery times are estimates only. Artsons & Co. is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Costs
4.1 Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and service type.
4.2 Any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges are the Buyer’s responsibility.
4.3 Free shipping promotions (if applicable) will be clearly displayed.
5. Insurance & Risk
5.1 All shipments are sent with insurance coverage up to the declared value of the Product.
5.2 Risk of loss or damage transfers to the Buyer once the order is delivered to the address provided.
5.3 If the Buyer requests delivery without signature, the Buyer assumes all risks of loss or theft.
6. Customs & International Shipping
6.1 International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures and local regulations.
6.2 The Buyer is responsible for compliance with import rules and payment of all customs duties and taxes.
6.3 Artsons & Co. is not liable for delays, seizures, or confiscations caused by customs.
7. Delivery Issues
7.1 If an order arrives damaged, the Buyer must notify Artsons & Co. within 48 hours of delivery, providing photos of both the packaging and the item.
7.2 If tracking information shows an order as “delivered” but the Buyer has not received it, the Buyer must contact the courier directly and notify Artsons & Co. immediately.
7.3 Artsons & Co. will assist with courier or insurance claims but cannot guarantee compensation unless confirmed by the insurer.
8. Address Accuracy
8.1 Buyers must ensure that all shipping details provided are complete and accurate.
8.2 Artsons & Co. is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or extra costs due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
9. Restricted Destinations
9.1 Due to international trade restrictions, we may be unable to ship to certain destinations.
9.2 If an order cannot be shipped, the Buyer will be notified and refunded.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States.
11. Amendments
Artsons & Co. reserves the right to amend or update this Policy at any time. Updates will be published on our Website with the revised effective date.
